Large, unpretentious ex-Tetley house, a little off the town centre. Stone built with three storeys, set back from the road with a small cobbled forecourt. Modernisation has blurred the distinction between the tap room (with pool table) at the back and the lounge at the front. A fine snug sits to the right of the entrance.
