1960s building, previously known as the Post Haste or Freedom Bar, formerly a renowned gay venue now known principally for its live music - monthly all day events called Lazy Café summer; Sunday daytime 'til 18.00 is Family Day (indoor bouncy castle) Landlord Malcolm Shipman is also a sound engineer.

One visitor said: "lots of black, lots of skulls and lots of dddeeeaaath, usually a band playing on stage." The bus outside serves as overnight accommodation for travelling bands
