This lively town-centre pub, converted from the ground floor of 1930s cinema, is the oldest Wetherspoon in Swindon and boasts 18 hand pumps giving a very large selection of well-kept beers. Friendly atmosphere and quite spacious on many different levels and separated areas. 1930s cinema photos and information on walls. Toilet facilities on same floor. Handy for theatre, cinema, restaurants and shopping. Tuesday is Steak night, Thursday is Curry night.
