This family-run freehouse serves one real ale by handpump from changing west country micros. Good value, locally sourced home cooked food including vegetarian and vegan options are served in both bars and a separate dining area. 5 star Food Hygene rating April 2025.

Darts and pool are played in the public bar.

Families and dogs are very welcome.

The Somerset Levels Nature Reserves are close by.

Off the beaten track a little but well worth searching out.
