Comfortable 17th century inn situated in the middle of a picturesque village. The bar's unusual thatched roof reflects the thatch covering the building outside. An very impressive fireplace warms the pub in winter. NOTE There are new licensees (Aug 2025) who have concentrated on the food side of trade and when our surveyor called a pint of Palmer's Gold cost £6.30 - very pricey for the area.
