The Kings Arms is situated in the quaint Cumbrian village of Burton-in-Kendal, and was an old coaching inn dating back to the 1700s. Following refurbishment the pub reopened in September 2025.

Burton in Kendal is a short distance from the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland, so is a great base for walkers and cyclists. Up to four cask ales are served on handpump from the Thwaites range.
