Traditional community local just outside the centre of Newcastle, refurbished and reverting to its original name. One open-plan room inside, with a smart beer garden and smoking area to the rear. The new owners plan to have a pool and darts team, plus stage regular entertainment; there is a pool table to the right of the entrance, plus a skittles table.
