This Pub is Permanently Closed

Modern pub built in 1985 during Northampton's expansion to the south. Closed and boarded-up. Tesco took out a 20-year lease with the then owners Punch Taverns in May 2013, although there is a restrictive covenant in the lease that says it has to be a pub. Seeking new owners.
