This is a popular local with the long serving landlord and friendly staff serving good beer. The main bar has a pleasant, open plan, carpeted interior and welcoming fire in winter. There is a small function room and a large outside seating area with some parts under cover. Guest beers are sourced mainly from local breweries with occasional tap takeovers plus plenty of choice on ciders and keg beers.

Historic Interest

Built in 1879, the etched glass windows name the pub as 'Hunter Arms' in tribute to the then owners of nearby Kilburn Hall.
