This large pub at the south end of the shopping street has a bar with pool table area, a spacious lounge, and a big garden patio with covered smoking area to the rear. Popular for TV sport, and Tuesday quiz, there is occasional live music. Interesting football and music memorabilia adorn the walls alongside paintings of the town by local artist Gaz Miller.
