This popular traditional 13th-century listed building can be found in the heart of the village, nestling into the hillside beside the church. Inside is a lively bar with an inglenook fireplace, tiled floor and serving five changing ales including a local beer. There is a restaurant serving home-cooked food with local ingredients. Traditional games are played, including Aunt Sally and darts. There is a separate TV room available for watching sport and also a pool table.
