Hook Norton beers are served straight from casks behind the bar. There is a cosy bar with a roaring fire in winter, and outside there is a lovely beer garden. Aunt Sally is played in the garden in the summer and there is a monthly quiz and occasional live music.

Built in two stages during C18 and C19, it has been a Hook Norton pub since 1878 and was once an abattoir, and still has an icehouse in the garden. Grade II listed number 1185111
