Rural pub and restaurant offering two ales, accommodation, and only two miles from Stourport on the road to Great Witley.
The small main bar is on the left, with a small games room down a few steps behind it, and a separate room on the right used as the restaurant and as extra bar seating. The bar has white paintwork, diamond-leaded windows and a brick fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
Good value meals are available, including Sunday lunches, and a children's menu. Food is all prepared and cooked on the premises, and menus change weekly. The TV in the bar shows live sports and music videos.
The attractive garden has a lawn, patio, smoking shelter, marquee and a play area for children. There is a large car park and the function room upstairs can accommodate 20 people.
An unusual feature is the annual lawn mower racing event on the first Sunday in May.
Note that only the restaurant is open at lunchtimes.
