Traditional, friendly, village local in the centre of the village with a lively public bar and cosy dining room also with a bar.

Three regular beers and three changing guest beers, including Bramble from LoveBeer, are usually available along with two craft beers on tap. There is no food service but street vendors visit early evenings on Thursday to Saturday.

The pub won White Horse Branch Most Improved Pub 2024.

Marcham is home to Denman College, headquarters of the WI.
