300 year old hostelry in the picturesque village of Shorwell offering a range of three ales, 2 in winter, and always at least one Yates ale, and good home-cooked food on the menu. The pub has a stream running through the garden with a pond stocked with trout, and ducks in abundance to keep the children amused. Plenty of car parking. You will not be disappointed with the hospitality, food and drink. The perfect stop-off point for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers and on a hot summers day the garden is a delight. Winter hours and beer range may vary.
