A large traditional village pub. Major refurbishment of the interior in 2012. Front-right of the entrance is a nice little separate bar-snug. The remaining areas on the left form a large L-shaped bar-lounge with a raised dining area at the rear. Food is available most times. To the left is an attractive paved patio, and to the rear is an enclosed courtyard with old outbuildings, then a steep terraced patio at the back, with views over the village from the top. Skittle alley.
