Very popular family run hotel offering spacious drinking areas, adorned with hunting and farming memorabilia. Range of meals from simple snacks to good quality cuisine served all day. Winner of West Cumbria Pub of the Year 2010, 2014 and 2023.

By Mainline Coastal Railways to Ravenglass then change to the Ravenglass & Eskdale Steam Railway to Dalegarth. Huge whisky list. Closed in January
