The Bridge End Inn reopened at the end of March 2025 following full refurbishment by new owners. Prior to this the pub had been closed for nearly 10 years after severe flood damage caused by Storm Desmond in late 2015. Now largely food led with a burger/Italian themed menu on offer. Customers not wanting to eat however are welcome, with a small area set aside for those just wanting a drink. Outside seating is also available. The pub serves two real ales, sourced locally.
