Cheerful pub with a friendly landlord and staff located on the main street in Wylam, very popular with the locals. Local home cooked specialities, steak night Wednesday to Friday . Nearby is Wylam Waggonway, a popular walk that passes George Stephenson's cottage. Real ale sales expanded to six handpulls, beer sourced from mainly nearby Wylam brewery.
