Town pub with a single bar, which is notable for the large collection of football scarves and shirts that adorn the ceiling. At one end there is a seating area, while there is a pool table and Sky 3d tv. shown at the other. Darts and pool teams are supported and there is also a skittle alley, which is home to four teams. Regular disco, karaoke and race nights are held and there is occasional live music. A 'happy hour , when there is a 50p per pint reduction, extends from 4.00 - 7.00 pm. Cotleigh Commando, from the sales of which 5p/pint is donated to the Royal Marines Charitable Trust is kept on a regular basis. Well behaved dogs are welcomed.
