An 18th Century hotel in the centre of the town, dating from the 1730s and built on the site of an earlier inn. The Exmoor bar stocks St Austell Tribute, and Sharps Doombar. The hotel serves breakfast daily to guests and visitors. Takeaway food can be brought into the dining room and plated for you by the team. The large function room upstairs hosts regular live music and comedy nights and is available for private hire. There is also a small meeting room downstairs. Accommodation consists of 16 well appointed en-suite rooms. Dogs are welcome in the bar.
