Refurbished in May 2014, whilst this pub is growing its food business, it remains a local pub, particularly popular for sporting events on TV. Reported closed again August 2014, open again May 2015 or earlier.

Open as Santinni italian restaurant 2018.

Reopen as a pub November 2021. Reported closed again Jan 2022. Reopened February 2022 as a Pub & Kitchen. with no cask beer. Closed again July 2022.

Reopened as a pub March 2023 under new management. Last admittance all nights 2230. Keg beers and cider.
