Traditional inn formerly known as the Swan Hotel, which has recently been acquired by the Bel & The Dragon group. Serves 3 real ales and has a strong focus on high quality food and local produce.

The pub is one of the county's oldest coaching inns, dating from 1449, and associated with the Bishop of Winchester for 300 years. A Grade II-listed building, close to the Watership Down beauty spot, it retains original oak beams and fireplaces, and offers nine en-suite bedrooms. Private dining also available.
