The pub has been completely refurbished in an eclectic style with bright colours, pictures, signs, mirrors and ornaments.

The left hand side bar has been converted iinto a café (Emporia at the Crown) serving breakfasts, rolls, sandwiches, cakes, Mon–Fri 9 to 2.30, Sat 8.30 – 2.30, Sun 10 – 2.

The right hand side is brightly furnished with a central fireplace, small sepeaate seating areas, many cushions and a TV.

To the rear there is a pleasant garden and there is outside seating and tables to the front.

Numerous events are held fro music nights to sales and bike nights.
