Refurbished in 2013 this is an historic canal side pub located at the end of the Erewash canal at the Great Northen Basin,It offers six handpulls, selected mainly from local breweries such as Nottingham, Blue Monkey, Navigation. Upto 3 real ciders are also on offer. Food is available Monday to Fridays, 12-1430, 5-8, Saturdays 12-8 with a carvery on Sundays 12-5. There is a beer garden and childrens play area alongside the canal. Essentially a single room it has a number of nooks and crannies to sit in.
