Much loved village pub with full selection of well kept local ales, oak beams, hops, horse brasses, open fire, three en-suite letting rooms and a large child-friendly beer garden. The brewery tap for the Hook Norton Brewery, 200 metres along the lane. The 'Tree' offers 'Ale-2-Go', thirds of a pint, Try Before You Buy. Ideally located for use by ramblers and cyclists and of course the nearby Cotswold AONB as well as visitors to the Brewery Visitor Centre. Banbury Guardian Pub of the Year, 2015. Deliveries by horse drawn dray every Friday. 11am - 1pm
