This Pub is Closed Long Term

History of troubled re-openings this small traditional local has now been sold, tastefully modernised with a bright, clean and spacious two-roomed interior, with two real ales, adding considerably to the circuit of 4 (3 with 6 guest ales in total) and a bus stop, in this quiet area just outside of the town centre. Always a warm welcome and friendly chat includes all. Sunday - Free soup, Wed - free pool, local groups meet in daytimes, some interesting food challenge matches for charity. Plenty of parking nearby. UPDATE - real ale taken off for the time being as not selling well. Further UPDATE now closed
