Former Truman pub. which became the Lonsdale Cocktail bar and restaurant in 2003; winner of various "best bar" awards. Bottled beer only. Change of use from class A3 to single dwelling was granted and as at April 2018 conversion was reported of the former Lonsdale Pub, 'once a favoured haunt of Hugh Cecil Lowther, the 5th Earl of Lonsdale (1857-1944), who became a vast landowner due to investments in Cumberland coal mines and the City of London.' as the most expensive of a public house yet in City AM April 30th 2018 (£17.5M). A boutique-mansion within an understated (pub!) facade .....
