A friendly community club, proud of its rugby history, which welcomes visitors throughout the year. The beers are excellent value for money and comprise a regular beer plus at least one changing guest ale. There is a cosy, well-appointed lounge bar, and a function room that holds 120 people, hosts frequent live music and is available for hire. The small patio area is very popular in summer and there is a covered smoking area. Dogs are welcome in the players' bar.
