Opened in June 2018, this pub is an impressive conversion of a former residential property dating from the 1800's. The downstairs room contains the servery. There is an additional upstairs seating area, containing a TV and wood burning stove. The original stonework and roof beams have been exposed and restored and there are luxurious furnishings within. There is no beer garden as such but benches to the front and side provide outside seating. A varying range of cask ales is available, usually of the pale or amber variety, from the three hand-pulls. Eight keg taps offer lagers, ciders and Guinness. A waitress service to the upstairs room is offered on a weekend.
