This 17th century inn was extensively refurbished in early 2023 and has resurfaced as, and is marketed as a gastropub. A varied menu made from local produce is offered and initial reviews are good. One real ale is served, with beers on rotation (predominantly from local breweries, and changing two or three times each week), but the emphasis is very much on dining.
