The White Hart is a traditional, family run village pub with low ceilings, exposed beams and a large fireplace with a wood-burning stove. Outside there is a large grassed drinking area. The three ales are all sourced from Leicestershire breweries. Good value cheese cobs are available, and there is a pizza van on Wednesday evenings. Burgers are available on some Wednesdays and Saturdays - see Facebook page. Sport is shown on TV. Nearby attractions include Stanford Reservoir, and Stanford Hall dating from 1697, which has a museum dedicated to aviator pioneer Percy Pilcher.

There is a ramp to double doors from the car park, and a low (2") step into the bar. Level access (door sill) from the front pavement to a lobby with a left turn into the pub. Level through bar, to pool table and toilets. Low step to a small snug. No accessible toilet.
