A former coaching inn, just off the town centre, next to the Exe Bridge. Built around 1823 it became a Wetherspoon in 1998. Re-styled in 2019 to include upstairs toilets, a downstairs extension with sliding and fold out doors to the large rear seating area. Features a glass covered walk over well. Pay and display car park at the rear. Up to ten cask ales, plus one real cider.
