The pub re-opened for business in January 2025 following a search for a new manager. Best described as a sports bar, it serves one real ale, McMullen AK mild.

NOTE; As of March 2026 this pub was one of the group of McMullen's pubs sold to Punch, it was being refurbished but no real ale was on, it is unknown if this is a long term change'
