The 'Westie' is a local drinkers pub in a small community area that is a short distance from the Cathedral and Oliver Cromwell's House (Tourist Information). A snug pub with low ceilings and has four distinct drinking areas. There is an enclosed patio area. There is a fireplace that is used in the midwinter which adds to the atmosphere. In the summer local bands sometimes perform. An excellent pub for all your moods and very welcoming. Dog friendly.
