A large pub on the outskirts of Skegness standing in its own large grounds off Burgh Road (A158). It is popuar with a large variety of customers and events are held throughout the year such as Christmas and New Year parties,

In a previous life it was a Shipstones pub. In winter pub does not open until noon.
