One-room pub serving nine interesting and changing real ales, of which four are house beers, and up to three ciders (sometimes including a perry) on handpump, along with up to eight craft beers on tap. The house beers are from Kidderminster's Fownd brewery. There's always a dark beer.

Cobs are available, and customers can bring their own food from any of the nearby takeaways.

The craft beer taps at the back of the bar sometimes serve real ales dispensed from membrane-keg containers - ask the bar staff for details.

The comfortable single lounge bar is deceptively spacious with bench seating along the sides and plenty of tables. The atmosphere lends itself to conversation, and being just a short walk from the railway station, it's a place for a pint and a chat. There are a few benches outside, and children are allowed until 7pm. Public parking is a short distance away in Comberton Place.

Cycles are sometimes locked to railings to the left of the pub so long as people can use the steps.
