Set just off Gentleman’s Walk where all the hustle and bustle is, the Grade II listed Walnut Tree Shades is a modern pub with occasional live music upstairs.

Used by Watneys as an outlet for trial brews back in the 1970s/80s - Watneys Starlight was first offered here.
