Mid 18th century red brick building with a mid 19th century pentice moulded wood inn front with slate roof. Impressive etched windows. Inside are three rooms stretching back through the building. Piano in the bar. Pub has one permanent ale and one rotating guest. As from July 2023, entertainment likely to become a regular feature as the manager is a musician.
