The building was opened as a pub in 1842 to serve the local fishermen. There is one open plan room served by a central bar. It is in an iconic position on the beach at beautiful Porth Dinllaen. It can only be reached by foot, either along the beach (except at high tide) or by a pleasant walk across the golf course. Has been rated as one of the top beach bars in the world and the views from the tables by the beach certainly justify the claim! Always check out of season opening times.
