Popular main street pub consisting of two linked rooms. Front bar tends to be more lively with the rear room much quieter, welcoming families up to 7pm. TVs are available throughout for watching live sport. It is an architecturally interesting pub with its white tiled exterior and stained glass windows; the equally interesting interior contains the famous 'stuffed dog'. A wide range of seating and wooden floors are features of this pub. Refurbished September 2017 with the front area changed into booth seating and extended into the former gents toilet area.
