Open for Private Bookings only - No regular opening times. Was called the Turks Head many years ago. Simple, tidy L shaped bar. Rumoured to have a ghost of a former landlady, Nellie Carrigill whose life ended when a barrel fell. Refurbished pub operated as a weekend music bar; now in common ownership with West Riding Refreshment Rooms. Enthusiastic followers. Real Ales are not always available now but are available on request to anyone hiring the venue.
