A traditional canalside pub in the heart of the city, dating back to 1821 and situated on Gas Street, just moments from Broad Street—Birmingham’s vibrant nightlife hub. The pub benefits from excellent transport links.

Since its acquisition by the Glamorous Group in November 2025, the pub has undergone a thoughtful revival, blending its historic character with a refreshed and welcoming atmosphere.

Open seven days a week, the venue offers a carefully curated selection of craft ales alongside a quality food menu, served daily until 9pm. Building on its strong foundations, there are ongoing plans to enhance the entertainment programme, including live music, open mic nights, and comedy events.

Steeped in local heritage, the pub has also featured in the Netflix production Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.
