Town centre Irish-type pub, best for grown-ups! Reopened Summer 2010 after a long closure. Beer price the lowest in town with sales going up and up! Loweswater Gold is a massive seller and is the best and freshest you'll get it! House beer, Billy McGrady's Bitter 3.6%, is Thwaites Bitter. Recent Refurbishment has opened up space in the pub which now includes greater seating whilst retaining (re-felted) pool table, jukebox, and punching bag. Closed again 2016.
