This smart modern front bar called "Toots Cafe Bar & Bistro" has the single pump dispensing something from the local Rothes brewery range, the brewery having been resurrected in early 2026..

Go through to the room at the back called the Spirit Safe to see, not only an eye-watering full floor to ceiling display cabinet of some of Speyside's renowned whiskies, but others stored in a decommissioned Spirit Safe and a small bar carrying the strap line '60 distilleries in a 50 mile radius'.

Also has a separate dining room at the side of the premises. Even the adjacent car park has a still in it!
