Occupying the site of the former Gateshead East Station and Railway Hotel, the building is now stripped back and enlarged with much structural work. Formerly a small pub, it is now open and spacious. There is a pleasant mezzanine floor above the main room and a further arched room to the rear below another railway bridge. A rear room is available for functions. Live music on various evenings - see chalk board. pub quiz Tuesday 7pm. Book club Monday 7pm
