Modernised country pub with a large single-bar area and a separate function room containing a double skittle alley and pool table. Up to four real ales, Temple ciders and a huge selection of bottled gins are available. Good home-made food is cooked to order. Camping can be arranged in the field opposite. Families are welcome. Opens late depending on demand. NOTE Although the pub's own website describes it as a typical Somerset pub, it is actually located in Dorset.
