A deceptively large pub, with plenty of space for diners, drinkers & guests alike. The bar is immediately in front as you enter, with 3 handpulls taking centre position. Food is always good quality, as are the ales, though service can be slow when busy - which is most Sunday afternoons. Very pleasant atmosphere, with welcoming staff.
