US-style dive bar. Previously a wine bar. Opened as a bar in 1997, initially called Matt & Matt, changed hands and renamed in 2008. The same team have since opened the Tap Room, further along Upper Street, and Aces & Eights NW5. Black and bare brick decor. No real ale. A few US draught and bottled beers, e.g. Anchor, Brooklyn, Sierra Nevada. Majors on whiskies. Pizzas. Function room.
