The third oldest inn in Bournemouth,this friendly community local is a rare example in this area of a pub that has retained a seperate public bar.The bar's flagstone floor is 200 years old and you can play shove-ha'penny on a century old board.The lounge is comfortable,carpeted and decorated with photographs of the local area.The pub's location on the Ringwood Road makes it an ideal place to stop off for visitors travelling into the town.
